TESSIE OVERMYER

Tessie Overmyer has established herself as one of the most exciting, dynamic saxophone players in the Australian jazz scene, rapidly gaining recognition for a maturity that appears well beyond her years.

Tessie recently completed her studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, and has performed with the likes of Mike Nock, Andrea Keller, Barney McCall, Will Vinson, and Sandy Evans, and has appeared at numerous festivals including, the Wangaratta Festival of Jazz and Blues (Vic), the Sydney Conservatorium International Jazz Festival (NSW), the Perth International Jazz Festival (WA), and the Newport Jazz Festival (USA).
